What details do you need to provide?

For us to review the case of your child and produce a doctor’s letter of good health, we’ll need the following information.

  • A photo of your child's passport
  • The medical history of your child it is exists
  • A short video stating only your first name and confirm the service requested (e.g. My name Chris and I am requesting a letter of good health for my child)**
  • (Optional) If you want us to contact your regular NHS GP about your consultation, have ready the details of your GP practice.

3 Steps To Get Your Youth Camp or Trip Medical Certificate

1. Fill the questionnaire and upload medical evidence

Let us know about the medical history of your child and the trip they are going to. If relevant also state the activities they are to partake in.

2. Doctor validates evidence

Our doctors will review the evidence you provide.

3.Same day letter delivery

You will receive a verifiable digital letter signed by a GMC registered medical doctor if you order before 9 pm GMT - 7 days a week.
