By accessing or utilising the services provided by the Company, you are agreeing to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must cease use of the services immediately.

Doctument Ltd is engaged in the provision of an online platform facilitating the issuance of medical documents by connecting users with licensed and suitably qualified doctors.

5.3 Data Sharing: Your information will be disclosed to licensed doctors strictly for the purpose of providing the requested services. It will not be used for marketing purposes.

  1. Conditions of Service

6.1 Proper Use: You are obliged to utilise our services lawfully and are prohibited from engaging in any fraudulent activities. Any misrepresentation of personal or medical details is strictly prohibited and may lead to immediate termination of your access to the services.

6.2 Amendments: The Company reserves the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Such amendments will become effective immediately upon their publication on our website.

  1. Limitations of Liability

7.1 Disclaimer: The Company endeavours to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the services provided but does not guarantee that the services will meet your requirements or be available on an uninterrupted, secure, or error-free basis.

7.2 Medical Decisions: The Company is not liable for any actions taken by the doctors using our platform. These professionals are individually responsible for adhering to all relevant medical standards and regulations.

  1. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to use our services. Parents or legal guardians may use the services on behalf of individuals under the age of 18.

  1. Provision of Services

9.1 Doctor Standards: All doctors affiliated with the Company are assured to be fully qualified, registered with the General Medical Council, possess adequate indemnity insurance, and maintain an up-to-date DBS certificate.

9.2 Service Refusal and Refunds:

We reserve the right to deny access to our site or terminate any Service, including the removal of your account and associated information, with immediate effect upon notice, should you commit a material breach of these Terms and any other applicable terms and conditions, or exhibit behaviour that is deemed inappropriate or abusive towards any or our employees or agents. This includes, but is not limited to, the following actions:

  • Foul language, making threats, or exhibiting behaviour or making remarks that are inappropriate, abusive, or offensive;
  • Engaging in behaviour that is considered by us to be frivolous or an inefficient use of our resources;
  • Excessive usage of the Services or the purchasing of medical letters or certificates beyond what we, in our reasonable opinion, deem reasonable or appropriate.

If insufficient evidence is provided, or if our doctors cannot confidently validate your medical letter based on the clinical information provided, they may cancel your letter request. In such instances, a full refund will be provided by the Company. If you wish to cancel a Certificate order, you must contact us prior to the issuance of your Certificate. We will refund you via the payment method used for the purchase.

You are not entitled to a refund if your order is no longer necessary or required after a medical certificate or letter has been issued.

You are not entitled to a refund if the Certificate or any other medical document issued through our services is not accepted by your employer, educational institution, airline, insurance provider, or any other third party. It is your responsibility to review the relevant local laws and guidelines pertaining to the specific medical documentation required in your circumstances prior to placing an order. Furthermore, we strongly advise that you consult directly with the concerned party to confirm that they will accept the medical statements or advice provided by healthcare professionals on our platform concerning your health and fitness. Your use of our services constitutes your agreement to this condition and the understanding that the suitability of documents issued by our healthcare professionals is subject to the acceptance standards of third parties, which are beyond our control.

You are not be entitled to a refund where any delay in the fulfilment of your order is attributable to an error on your part, including but not limited to the provision of incorrect contact details for the receipt of the order.

  1. Fraudulent Misrepresentation

Should you provide inaccurate, misleading, or incomplete information to obtain a medical letter, such activity may constitute fraud. This will lead to immediate termination of services and potential legal action under applicable law.

  1. Data Processing Consent

You expressly consent to the processing and transfer of personal data as required for the provision of services. All such data processing shall be in strict accordance with our Privacy Policy and relevant data protection laws.

  1. Linking policy

Our website may contain links to external websites for your convenience. We have not vetted these external websites and do not control their content. We have not reviewed all of these third-party sites, do not control, and are not responsible for any of these sites or their content. Accordingly, we do not endorse or make any representations about them, the material on such sites, or any results that may be obtained from using them. If you decide to access any of the third-party websites linked to our site, you do so entirely at your own risk and subject to the terms and conditions of use for such websites.

You are permitted to link to our home page, provided the link is implemented in a fair and lawful manner that does not damage or exploit our reputation.   1. Payment

You may process your payments via electronic bank transfer, debit or credit card, Apple Pay, Klarna, or Google Pay. It is your responsibility to ensure that the payment information you provide is current and valid. Should your payment details be expired or invalid, we reserve the right to withhold the issuance of Certificates, Medicines, or the provision of Services. In such circumstances, we will attempt to contact you to request updated payment information to complete your transactions. Failure to provide accurate payment details may result in delays or cancellations of the requested services.

All content displayed on our site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is protected under copyright, trademark, database rights, and other forms of intellectual property law.
