If you are ill or have a health condition affecting your studies, your university, college, or school will likely require a sickness letter to verify mitigating circumstances.
Our platform links you to doctors who can evaluate your situation and, if appropriate, offer a letter without requiring clinic visits or appointments.
Let us know about your sickness, we’ll write a letter, while you focus on getting better.
To allow us to review your condition, we’ll need the following information.
** Video used for our identity verification process, for further guidance read our guide on video verification.
Write down your symptoms and upload a brief video stating only your first name and the service you're requesting (example given above)
Our doctors will review the evidence you provide.
You will receive a verifiable digital letter signed by a GMC registered medical doctor if you order before 9 pm GMT - 7 days a week.
This service is for students with illnesses or conditions affecting their ability to attend classes. Our clinicians will exercise discretion, and in case of mental health illnesses we will require a copy of your GP health record (a screenshot will do), which you can access from the NHS App. Read View Your GP Health Record for further guidance.
Typically we review the evidence provided and issue a letter within 24 hours.
We only provide full refunds if we are unable to provide a medical letter.
Once we have reviewed your case and have issued a medical letter, we are unable to process a refund.
The medical letters you receive can be submitted to any university, college or school as evidence of a health condition.
The letter will explain the reasons for your absence, or mitigating circumstances that may have affected your studies.
Our letters are written and signed by UK trained and registered doctors who will issue you with a letter dependent on medical judgement.
If required, your university can confirm the authenticity of the letter issued by contacting us.
