If you or your child has a severe allergy and need a medical certificate to confirm the specific allergen and required standby medications, we’re here to help.
Provide us with the evidence of your allergy and our doctors will issue a medical certificate detailing the specific allergen, reaction symptoms, avoidance guidelines, and essential medications.
No appointment required – simply apply online.
For us to write you an allergy confirmation letter/certificate, we’ll need the following information.

Let us know about the allergy you have, medications you take, and a copy of the summary of your health record detailing the allergy you have.
Our doctors will review the evidence you provide.
You will receive a verifiable digital letter signed by a GMC registered medical doctor if you order before 9 pm GMT - 7 days a week.
We will require a copy of your GP health record (a screenshot will do) showing your allergies and the medications you take. You can obtain your health record from the NHS. Read View Your GP Health Record for further guidance. We will then issue you a letter signed by a medical professional detailing your allergies.
Our doctors will review the evidence you provide and aim to issue you with a certificate within the same day of purchase if order made before 9pm, weekends included.
We only provide full refunds if we are unable to provide a medical letter.
Once we have reviewed your case and have issued a medical letter, we are unable to process a refund.
